1:00 I think I got a defective Publisher 2016, because I can't find that "Page Size" option in the Templates menu. Just Business Information, Options: Form: None.

Hi Alejandro, You might want to update your OS and MS Office to see if that helps. You can also try restoring Office to default settings. After you do that, it should be back to normal.

Thank you - but what if I want to edit out the graphics that are supplied in the brochure templates. In other programs, I've used, I've had difficulty doing that - they show up as "ghosts" in the background. Will these elements leave completely if I replace them? Thanks!

The process for changing the background is very similar to Publisher. Can you please tell me how to make a double side page, mine always comes out not aligned properly, slightly off...I am making a 5x7 frame or box with writing on the inside on each page and it needs to be double sided

Hi Barbra, When you open Publisher, choose 'More Blank Page Sizes' and then select 'Create New Page Size' in the Custom heading. From there, enter the dimension you'd like, 5x7. Then change the Layout type to 'Folded Card' and choose Half-Sheet side Fold in the Sheet Fold options. Click okay and you should get a double-sided folded card. I hope this is what you meant, good luck!

@@ProfessorAdamMorgan hi thanks for your response I don't know if I did a good job of explaining it so I will try again. I am trying to create a page that is 5 x 7. And I will put a line border that's kind of grey on that box 5 x 7 box which will show me where to cut it out with my scissors. This 5 x 7 box will be on an 8.5 size paper coming out of my printer. So basically what I end up with is a text box on a sheet of printer paper and I will cut that text box out and it will have information that I have written on it. Like I said basically I'm making my planner pages. I know how to do everything the only problem I'm running into is this 5 x 7 box on my paper with writing in it needs to be two-sided. But when I print it the lined box on the back is not aligned with the lined box on the front.... Does this make sense?

I see what you mean. Is there a reason it needs to be double sided? The problem is because margins for an 8.5x11 sheet of paper will be on the upper-left by default on both sides, therefore the alignment will be offset. What you could do, it create a 5x7 text box on an 8.5x11 Publication and then put all text within that text box, and cut all 4 sides out using scissors or a paper cutter. Let me know if this helps you out.

The reason I need it on both sides is for example I have a birthday list, and it's continued on the back side because it is too much info to fit on the front, then when I cut it out, the text box on the front needs to be in alignment with the one on the back or something is going to get left out or cut off. When I use the print option of print two sided and flip short or long end, it get's pretty close but still not lined up properly, then I waste tons of printer paper trying to move the boxes around to match up. So frustrating, I have been dealing with this problem for a long time.

Im making a two panel brochure and have multiple pages. But not an even set of pages so I end up with an extra blank page. It’s making me crazy. I need to finish these up for work without the last blank page.

Hi JenaeMarie, Try right-clicking on the last page in the navigation pane on the left side of your page thumbnails and click Delete. This should remove the blank page and keep your current pages. I hope this helps.
