Man, you are good! This class is so thorough, you went through everything in less than an hour! Caspio will have double the clientele because of you. Now one question, caspio charges per page. Am I right to say that the charges for an account like the one you created would be the seven pages you created to display on the weebly website and not the tables that you have stored in the caspio platform?

Hi, is it possible to make DataPages corresponding to the complex UI Forms (with Tabbed controls for example) that are different from the commonly found Submission / View / View Grid / Edit screens?

Hi, Dinesh. Sorry for the late reply. A tabbed interface is website-driven, so you'll want to create your navigation menu using HTML and CSS. Hi, Ali - apologies for the late reply! Caspio is an online database so you will need access to the internet to make your Caspio applications function correctly. Unfortunately, we do not have an offline mode as of today. Good luck!

Hi, Farman. Are you saying you want to take the sample data that's shown in the video? Or are you asking if you can export data from your Caspio account? If it's the latter, then yes, you can easily import and export data from Caspio during the development phase.

I AM A BEGINNER -- I am trying to build a website that is based around a database. I want to allow people to UPLOAD data for a small fee and search data for FREE. I want some uploaded data to be uploaded for a small fee and NOT accessible to anyone else except the uploader. Can I use ACCESS for this ?

Hi there! I find this to be very helpful to me in setting up my own website with previous database. btw, How can I make the Customer_ID into automation mode? I certainly do not want to key in that manually. do i use timestamp as well for that or is there any other choices that is available, but i did not know of? thanks again!

Hi Noor. Yes, you can certainly generate the ID field automatically. You can do so by going to the table and turning that field into an "AutoNumber", "GUID", or "Random ID" data type. You can also enable this in the DataPage wizard by using a feature called "AutoValue" to automatically generate a new key. Hi, Yasir.What did you mean by "pull up"? You'll need to re-create your Access Reports inside Caspio as shown in the video using our point-and-click interface. You cannot import your existing Access reports to Caspio or any other web-based platform. Caspio has developed a plugin that has a one-way sync, from Caspio to Access: howto.caspio.com/integration/plugin-for-microsoft-office/ Remember, it is a one-way sync, meaning if you update something via the web, it'll update your locally stored Access DB. Conversely, if you try to update something in Access, you'll need to manually import your updated table to Caspio.
