Do you recommend grammar check apps for writting?

They can help you spot mistakes, but don't replace a copyeditor/proofreader who can evaluate your work with much higher accuracy and understand your intention from context. Don't take a grammar checker's word as rule (because they can often make mistakes) but they can help you pick out errors.
