I make a chickpea salad that is a mock tuna salad. was thinking of crumbling a bit of the Bibigo sheets in there. It calls for nori sheets but I think that would be similar to give it a from the ocean flavor. I love to see the dog walking around! I love the new background! Feel better!

Hi Michelle. The Bibigo are very good for making a sushi bowl. You can use imitation crab, or even shrimp, salmon. Diced avocado 🥑, rice 🍚, cucumber 🥒, spicy mayo (or plain Japanese mayo cause you don’t like spicy stuff) anyways it’s very yummy that way 😊. I’ll be making that
