The reason that the band-Aid $10 digital did not come off because you only purchased 8 items, but had 9 coupons. The system won’t let you use more coupons than items purchased. So for those transactions, make sure that you have enough items to at least match the number of coupons that you are using and they should all come off with no problems. Hope this helps. My $10 off $25 didn’t work either. I had Tylenol and Neosporin that’s on the list, but it also didn’t attach while there. I just went to CS and they gave me my $10. Take the Tena back they’ll give you a refund no questions asked. I’ve done it before once I get home and realize things didn’t go as planned. I just take the item & receipt back and they never ask me anything. I get nervous too when checking out. Not sure why, it’s not like we’re stealing 🤣

It's not just the Band-Aids, I've been having trouble with coupons at Publix for over a week now. Attaching in the app but not at register, vice versa. Coupons STILL showing in the app clipped after I've used them. Items in store not scanning... At all. 😞 It's been a frustrating two weeks couponing, for me, in Publix. (WD too😞)

👋 I haven't been able to get the $10/$25 to apply for the past month. The customer service rep said they recently upgraded their computer system and they have new monitors. She said the upgrade may be the reason why the deals wouldn't stack. I voided my transaction and used a competitor coupon instead.

So usually with the $10/$25 the total has to still be $25 after other coupons. That's the way the Hellman's works at least. When we had the $5/$15 and a $3 coupon and $2 coupon and Hellman's was b1g1. The total had to be $15 after the other coupons, before b1g1, for the $5 to come off

You’re correct. If I had the $1 MF digital for Band Aid then my total would have needed to be $26. But I used store coupons and they usually don’t count against that $25 threshold. I may reverse my order at checkout next time, put my number in first then add my store coupons.

Ibotta has been quite weird lately with the latest update. Hopefully customer service made it right. I shop with my 5 year old and honestly stay away from ANY complicated transactions. I hope you like the Bubly. I do not like the ollipop, but Bubly is my drink of choice.
