I sure would like to know how you purchase 7 Tena products at one time and use that many coupons. My stores here in the Augusta area limits me to 1 so every time this deal rolls around I have to go to different stores or different days and use the 1 printable and 1 store insert. I can't take advantage of the activate rewards!

I believe My Publix (Florida) lets us use up to 8 of the same store coupons. It even states the limit in the flier or on the store coupon

@KouponKing It is the manufacturer or printed coupons they won't accept so all these people using multiples to get a big money maker doesn't work anymore. I used to do it all the time.

My Tena coupons were deemed not valid.. but they took them anyways. I conservatively checked out with four and was made to feel like a criminal. Sometimes I hate couponing. Once I gather myself and my stuff I called the store back after I left and gave them an earful. They apologized. I’m sure others can relate but to be black and a couponer is like a double whammy

I had the same issue. I finally asked the store manager to print their coupon policy for me and he showed me where it said that the coupon needs to show a size of the package to be purchased like 15-45 count. I went to a few different stores and they all gave bogus reasons of why they couldn’t accept them until this manager.

This is very interesting. I had a similar experience. I did the same deal last month (beginning of Dec) at self checkout, and had no problem. But yesterday I was driving home from another state, so stopped at a Publix where I don't normally shop. They didn't have self checkout, so I had to go to a cashier. I only had 3 of the Tena because that's all the store had. When I gave her my coupons, she immediately said I could only use one coupon, and was kind of rude. I assured her all the coupons could be used. She then called her Manager and he had me go to the customer service area. He also said I could only use one coupon. I showed him Star's receipt from the video, and he said he didn't know how she could have done it. I told him they should really try to educate themselves more about how coupons work, rather than automatically telling people they can only use one. Then he said there is a lot of fraud with coupons. Which really made me feel like he was referring to me. I told him to look up the coupon at coupons. com, and I let him know I had never encountered such unfriendly employees at a Publix before. Anyway, today I went to my usual Publix and they had 5 of the Tena. I went to self checkout, and as I was entering the coupon codes, I could see the employee watching me closely. Then she came over and was looking over my shoulder. I asked her what she was doing. She showed me this cellphone sized device she had, that showed exactly what I was scanning at the register. She said it alerted her that she needed to review my coupons, and she didn't think I could use the Publix coupon with the other coupon. She got a Mgr, but he told her it was fine. By this time I had finished my transaction and had my receipt. But she didn't like his answer, so went to get a head cashier. The other woman came over and I explained exactly what I had done, showed her my items and receipt. She said it was fine. Then she explained what was going on. She said Publix just had a big meeting with all their employees about coupon fraud, especially paper coupons, and so some of their employees are just being extra cautious. But unfortunately, that will make it harder for us customers. 😢

I went online and looked at Publix’s coupon policy and it says you can combine store and manufacturer coupons, up to 8 coupons of the same kind. But mine said the Tena printed coupon couldn’t be accepted because it said any and not specific sizes.

I had to use different numbers for multiple coupons- and yes you can use up to 8 coupons - there’s no coupon limit on the coupon but the Publix policy is a limit of 8

I went to do the tena deal and customer said the coupon was on a list of coupons from corporate that they could no longest accept because of fraud. I explained they were legitimate but they told me I would have to call customer service 🙄. I at least know not to coupon at this publix anymore
