i like telling this story everywhere because POE is fucking evil. Probably people won't believe me but I literally missed 18 fracturing orbs in a row. I missed 11 on a cluster jewel. I said enough is enough and continued on trying to a fracture a claw. I missed 7 orbs there and i did hit the Claw fracture on the 8th orb. So in total 11 on the cluster and 7 on the claw - 18 in a row. How's that for a clean 25%?

Sometimes you just loose, also items in poe programmed to have results of using different currency in them "deterministic" and by that i mean that Hinekora's Lock exists, so you it's not clean 25%, it's also depends on base item, since its already programmed before you used fracturing orb to have the result you've got
