How your life has been rich with your view of these 2 greats, Montserrat Caballe and Jose Carreras within the home of Liceu Opera...such a a time of history that took so many of us into the greatest voices of transcendence we could not expect. I only wish all could come back to us...thank you, sir.

There was early 80’s and after Turandot or Andrea Chenier with Carreras, Montserrat gave another big night with this Bohème in Liceu ! Full theatre, great performers and Caballé & Carreras got an excellent performance !

Love this!! My favorite Rodolfo is Pavarotti but Carreras is close second ❤ And Montse…there are many lovely, great Mimis but she’s just…completely extraordinary, breathtaking, magical. 😍❤️ Miss her…rest in peace, my lady 🖤

Isn't this Vicente Sardinero as Rodolfo, 'cause it sure ain't Jose Carreras. Just my personal taste but Vicente Sardinero's Rodolfo is solid but too "academic".
