I think Pudding acting crazy randomly is her own messed up way of trying to protect herself from getting hurt. She has been bullied all her life about her third eye so maybe she is unsure if Sanji really meant what he said so she is trying to scare him off before he ends up hurting her too. Pudding is expecting Sanji to stab her in the back mocking her third eye and laughing about it with his friends. Her entire family acts like this all the time so why would she expect other pirate groups to be any different.

My theory is that Blackbeard is able to consume more than 1 devil fruit because he has the darkness fruit which nullifies other devil fruits. From what I recall, devil fruits cannot co-exist within someone because they fight against one another. But if the other devil fruits are kept pacified while inside of him, perhaps that is how he can pull it off.

Even if that was how it works to get two devil fruits, I wouldn’t want her to have a second one. Because if she did, it would make Blackbeard less special. He should and probably will be the only character to have two (maybe more) devil fruits. Plus Blackbeard has a strange body that Marco said at Marineford. We know hardly anything about him, so we don’t know what about him makes it able to get multiple powers. It could be related to the Yami Yami no mi being able for him to do it, or it could be just Blackbeard himself.

Okays the bringing back brook comment has been like driving me up a wall for some reason. Like he was not weak during dressrosa. He was fighting a enemy that they didnt grasp her abilities. If you cant grasp an ability its hard to fight. Like am i calling jojo weak cause he didnt understand one of the enemies abilities for awhile? No. Even if they did say weaken him for that moment then thats a writing technique to move the story in a different direction the best example is brook and them having to split up. Like thats a huge thing that happens and thats the important part. Not him being weak or him not being the way you imagine. Its someone elses imagination first specifically odas so let him just tell his story instead of just saying why he do that? Like he might make a mistake in the more here and there decide to change something later on. Like the prince loki of elbaph we saw looks nothing like he does later in the manga. Hell big mom didnt match her silhouette the first time they showed her same for kaido and others. Like this man is allowed to change and grow cause thats how long this anime and manga has been going on. Its striaghtup has grown up into its own thing.

In regard to whether Big Mom could eat another DF user and then have two DF powers like Blackbeard it is unknown. It's said that Blackbeard's body is special in some way and that's why he can have two DF powers (though we don't know how he stole the power from Whitebeards corpse). Big Mom is clearly abnormal, given that she's a human who's nearly the size of giants and has weird food rampages, but she may not have whatever special aspect Blackbeard has.

Honestly, I think it's because Blackbeard somehow just found knowledge on how to put devil fruits into specific limbs, but only once. I still believe that the dark-dark fruit he wanted so badly is how he is doing it. That thing seems super broken, like his dark hole power makes it where people can't use their devil fruit power, so it's not beyond belief that using it in a more surgical way could remove that DF power completely, and let him put it into another being.

Big mom isn’t giant size. The closest in height she is to any giant is Morley, but even they are one of the shorter ones at 41 feet. And big mom is 28 feet. She’s more or so close to kid giant size. Whitebeard is 21 feet and Buffalo (from doffys crew) is even taller than him at 22 feet. So rely big and tall humans are nothing new. Granted she is the tallest human we ever see, so there’s that.

God, the first time I read this scene in the manga, I had half a second to look at the page number before I dropped the volume and burst into laughter. Charlotte Pudding is the ultimate tsundere, she is so lucky to have Chiffon there to translate for her. Yesterday was 31 January, the birthday of Aladdin (Jimbei's former crew mate), Zengaaina (random prisoner from Impel Down), and Ipponmatsu (the guy who gave Zoro the Kitetsu). Today is 1 February, so happy birthday to Broggy the giant, Doma (one of Whitebeard's allies), aaaand my niece. She's five now😊.

Don’t really remember but I’m pretty sure Marco said something about bb being different, or built different from other people… some theories that bb is a chimera (person with two different dna) and he can have two devil fruits because they are bound to different parts of his body. I’ve seen speculations that he’s not actually human and being able to have more than one fruit is just a trait of that race or maybe there’s something with the dark-dark fruit that makes it possible…. Safe to say, no-one (perhaps aside from Oda) knows exactly what the deal with bb is😂

We don’t yet know in exactly what way it’s different, but Big Mom is one of the most durable characters we know of, and she’s weirdly huge and strong despite being a normal human, so she certainly might qualify for it.

21:50 The "eating people to get their power" part was right but so far we don't know if that works to get more than one ability. The core idea is worth thinking about; do people "explode" because of the devilfruit or because of the second ability? Like, do the fruits have some sort of ability to check if the person already has a devilfruit power or not, or is it really just because of the two souls of the fruit fighting each other. If it's the latter, then Big Mom eating another devilfruit user would be her doom but if it is the first, then it could work. As for Blackbeared; we don't know how he got two powers and why he can have more than one power. One theory is because he has a unique body, a different theory is that he can store fruits thanks to his Yami Yami no mi or because he has three hearts because of Zoan fruit he ate earlier. Another Blackbeard theory is, that he ate Whitebeards heart to get the power which would actually suppower the "eating people to get more than one power" theory. I can't wait for Oda to explain this mystery to us. and yes, talking about theories is part of the fun ;-)

It may or may not be spoilers, but even now in the manga, we STILL dont know why Blackbeard can have two fruits. So far, the implication just seems to be "because he's special". Personally, I have a theory that ANYONE can get multiple fruits, but nobody tries because the World Government spread the idea that eating a second fruit will kill you.

I'd highly doubt it's a thing that just anyone can do. If Blackbeard publicly dispelled that myth, loads more people would surely have tried it, especially his crewmates. All we currently have to go on is Marco's vague statement that Teach has an unusual body constitution. I do think the theory about him having multiple personalities seems plausible.

20:44 My personal pet theory is that Black Beard can steal other people's devil fruit powers using the Darkness fruit, and it's ability to pull anything (so he pulls the power out of their bodies), but what lets him wield more than one power is a unique trait of his constitution, like he is some sort of conglomerate of souls/bodies or even something simpler, like being conjoined twins in a body. I know that In their first encounter in Jaya, Luffy and Zoro noticed something, and that made them refer to Teach as "them" instead of "him". I am pretty sure they didn't mean he is NB by saying that.

I doubt it's a matter of just being as strong physically as Big Mom... nor that holding the Soul fruit would grant her that feet. Otherwise she probably would have gained at least one power from someone with a DF she likely ate during some Hunger Pangs. At least I'd assume so

How Blackbeard has two fruit powers hasn't been explained yet. Only thing we know was the unhelpful reveal of his body being different as said by Marco in Marineford. Maybe logia and paramecia can work together since they're different types. His dark power negates other fruit abilities so maybe that's key. Until more is revealed revealed we can only guess what's up with him.

In regards to Blackbeard having 2 Devil Fruits, its not been revealed, the only thing we are told so far is because a peculiarity in his body, what exactly isnt told But, the standing theory after Big Mom eating Mother Carmel is that when one eats the Devil Fruit, its essence is stored in an organ of the body, with the heart and brain being the 2 highest potential places the theories point to, and that Blackbeard actually took Whitebeards heart or brain from his death body and ate it to obtain the second Devil Fruit before it reincarnated

I actually like the theory. Cause Big Moms body is clearly also different, and not just size wise which that in of itself is an abnormal thing even for One Piece standards. She’s a human that is almost as big as a giant. But that’s not the most abnormal about her, her skin is almost completely impenetrable. Now this could just be Oda having fun characters writing but it’s still a fun theory. It’s probably something more specific to Blackbeard himself but still, one can always theorize.

So thanks to another series I found out about a certain chem fire that is F'n terrifying as hell. If I remember right its Trifluroride Choline and in essence its creates flame by exciting electrons and such into static sparking into flame... ie vibrating flames into existence (not exactly but for the visuals of function) The point is it burns at the molecular level and thus requires no oxygen as it produces enough heat to be similar to a nuclear flame. Very few elements on the table are non-reactive to the stuff so it does crazy BS like burning glass and such. I bring it up because Most methods of stopping fire are ineffective and since it involves gases on the elemental chart its a form of attack that Gastino could 100% use but never has. Insane right. apparently the flames are blueish or greenish. Look up Trifluoride or TriChloride fires (its a combo of Fluoride and Chlorine but I forget which is 3 and which is 1 part). Thus if Big Mom brought that type of Flame to life it could literally destroy basically everything.

honestly mentioning Blackbeard having two devil fruits? its unique to him for some unique way. some think he has a 3rd devil fruit. People theorized its the Bai Ze, aka a 3 headed (like his jolly Rodger) creature known for a large beard, unnatural knowledge (he seems to know things others dont) and 3 souls (which is why he can have multiple devil fruits) also 3 is common theme with him...along with 3 different personalities which seems to correspond with changes in his face. (he ether has one tooth missing, multiple teeth missing, or all his teeth intact from moment to moment corresponding to changes in his personality, his teeth sometimes inexplicably returning in the middle of a fight. people thought it was a animation error but noticed it in the manga too)
