@@dennythebudgie Yes, from what I know as well only male budgies can talk. A few weeks after I left Pudgie out of the cage, I made a better bond with him and he just started to talk more :). He is always in the same room that I spent most of my time when I'm home, therefore I spent enough time to talk and whistle to him :)
