You were thinking of Prigozhin after he and his troops were headed to Moscow. Since Sunday, Russia has had 3 oil tankers sink in the Black Sea and the leaking oil has been washing up on beaches. They were ships that were not supposed to be in the open sea. Hopefully he's run out of floating junk to be sending out there.
