I love the black and white outline effect at the beginning. I've never seen anyone else use that in an AMV. It is so unique! The entire thing really captures how much Homura loves Madoka and everything she is willing to go through for her friend (to the end of the world, until the end of time) - she won't give up on saving Madoka.

This song really suits their relationship. I liked those parts where you showed the darker side of Homura, forcing Madoka to accept what she wants. I liked seeing that transition from happy Homura to dark Homura (basically what you said in your description). Excellent song choice, and fantastic editing to match!

I've been considering a few songs to do another madoka amv with (but most were already excellently done by others and it might feel like copying) and I'm now eyeing another song with a more happy or at least positive theme (but knowming me and rebellion in general it will probably end in sufffering and despair)

Homura... Madoka... Have fun. For once in your lives... Forget your duties, and simply have fun. Taking a time out usually helps people put things in perspective. Nagisa, tell Mami what you did to your biological mother. See what the world has to say to you. Sayaka, talk to Kyosuke and Hitomi. Tell the secret (well, at least to Kyosuke, the wish was for him after all). Talk through your problems. Kyoko... You and Mami have already handled most of your problems. Take a break when it's most convenient for you. Behave like teenagers, do silly stuff.

+Kat F haha thanks, that's really nice of you to say:) to be honest secretly I wish i had more views too, but alas. I just make them because I love doing it, so it's fine. Honestly I've always really disliked Sayaka until recently ( i really didn't like the hero complex she had and her antagonizing behavior towards homura and Kyouko, which always came back to bite her in the end) But after rebellio and seeing her in a much more calm and relaxed state i kinda started to like her, and I always really like Kyouko. So I would consider making a video of them, but I couldn't think for the life of me of a song that would both fit them and has the proper rythm/flow that I need. Any suggestions?

+LontanaDaScienza Haha, well you have a devoted viewer here at least(: Oh yeah, I agree about Sayaka! Her hero complex always bugged me, but I thought it was part of what made her character so interesting and her story so tragic. Um... I guess that depends on what kind of song you're looking for. Your videos have a large range of tones (like your Puella Magi videos vs your Hibike Euphonium videos). Um, a few songs that come to mind are "Don't Let Me Go" by Raign and "Still Here" by Digital Daggers, but they both sound more like Homura x Madoka songs to me. Idk. What kind of tone are you going for?

+XDBlueJay Hey I checked out your videos. I really liked the first one. The song was a great fit. I can tell you reall have feeling for how to use scenes and make them look harmonic with the beat. The transition and stuff were all timed great. Only i felt the beginning dragged on too much. I could tell you wanted to tell madokas story but you showed a lot of barely moving faces of madoka for a long while, and it might get a little boring for people who dont know where you're going with it. Try practicing with telling a little more in a shorter amount of time. Also the flow of your amv kinda slipped during the kyouko/sayaka fight. It was really a moment in the song where the beat picked up and where you chose to use a battle moment (which is a very good thing to do) yet you stopped using the 'cutting the clip to the beat' thing you were utilizing very well earlier, and it kinda felt like you just copy pasted the scene. Try using things like zoom ins or 'crops' (where you cut the scene on the beat by just zooming the clip in a little) This can really help adding pace and dynamics to the video. Also maybe try the thhing i said by putting more into less time. You can do this by combining two scenes or showing one big scene from multiple perspectives. I personally thought that the song of your second amv really didn't fit the anime (but this is a personal thing, not a negative comment or anything) so i had trouble feeling the flow in it, but i could really see the story you were trying to convey with it, and you chose the scenes well.. You're pretty talented!
