Puerto Vallarta: Capt’n Rick and the Fish Finder

My boys and I recently had the pleasure of taking a tour with Captain Rick and I must say it was one of the best experiences of my life! From start to finish, the tour was customized to everything we wanted and more! Snorkeling, horseback riding, spearfishing, cliff diving, and the best damn Mexican and seafood at Jorge's Place. Captain Rick even brought us his wife's homemade chicken tamales for breakfast to start our day...what more could you ask for! We got to see all the best sights and soak in the stunning scenery. It was truly a magical experience that we will never forget. We will be coming back in October and we are already planning our trip with Captain Rick. We can't wait to do it all over again!

We had the pleasure of spending the day with Capt'n Rick and his son on his boat last week. Rick customized our trip to whatever we wanted. We visited Yelapa and had lunch in Los Animas at Jorge's, snorkeled and drove the coast exploring. He even was nice enough to drive us home where we met another son and his wife. Wonderful family Rick! It felt like hanging with a friend! One of our best days in Puerto Vallarta! We highly recommend Capt'n Rick and the Fish Finder!! Great fun! Thank you Rick! Richy is so good at what he does! He stays extra with you if you need it, and doesn’t rush you at all. If you don’t want to fish he will take you on a fantastic tour!

We had such a fun day fishing and boating with Rick and his son Javier and one other couple. We caught 3 skipjack in the beautiful bay and then went snorkeling and spearfishing nearby. Stopped for a delicious late afternoon lunch at Rick’s friend Jorge’s place which was right on the beach. Los Arcos was a beautiful sight on the trip home. Lots of great tunes and beers and fun all day with Captain Rick. We plan to come back and do an overnight trip with our kids and grandkids!!! Thank you Rick & Javi !

We had the best day out on the water with Rick and his boys! He’s the real deal, just an all around amazing human being. Rick knows his stuff, lots of fun stories and so much laugher was had by all. We pretty much did everything you see in this video. It was a great day. We have friends coming to town in a few weeks and we have already let them know a trip with Rick is a must! Can’t wait to go out again. ✌🏻☮️

Fish Finder, Puerto Vallarta Ricky is the best! He doesn’t need a fish finder….he knows where the fish are! My husband is in a wheelchair and he went overboard to accommodate him in the boat and assured he was locked in place for the big catch! The big catch was 2 dorados, 6 mackerels, 3 nice blue fin tunas. We took the fish to Sticky fingers on the marina and they prepared a fest, it was awesome! What a wonderful day in PV!
