The water in Puerto Vallarta is very dirty and green. Cancun on the other hand is carribean and blue. I've been to both places. The water in Puerto Vallarta is like New York water honestly. It was very dirty and I didn't like it. Cancun and playa Del Carmen had very nice beaches along with anywhere in the carribean including tortolla, Antigua, Barbados, St. MAARTEN, Dominican Republic. I feel like there is no comparison to the Carribean and Meditteranean in Israel beautiful water and dead sea.

Michael Svechin Not all spots is the beach bad, there are some nice spots in the beach, but it’s the mountains and livelihood at night that makes up for it and makes it better.
