It makes me angry that people who have loved ones and do not speak to them or have nothing to to with them for some stupid reason, and do nothing, or when they do, sometimes it is too late. You do not have that choice. I cry as I write this as my son married a woman who has alienated him from his family. I pray one day my son will finally find his voice.

Finding out for the first time how to mourn. Truly mourn I spent my adult life until two yrs ago drinking the pain away I never would cry even as a child I didn't cry when someone died not even when my dad died. I couldn't cry so I drank until I was numb. I'm now two yrs and five months sober but facing the reality that their gone isn't easy
