John Adams puffs, and I got it on tape.
This is a Stars and Stripes Puffer (Arothron hispidus). Also seen are a Porcupine puffer, a Niger Triggerfish, and a Clown Triggerfish. Enjoy.

I know I'm really late on seeing this but I just felt that there was a good time to educate people. This phenomenon is not 'cute' for the pufferfish itself. A pufferfish puffing means it's under stress or feels threatened. It's also really stressful and hard for them to puff.

liedata011 Mostly food hogging, and at a certain point it does limit your ability to have smaller fish. At the size in the video he could have bitten one in half easily. I have one in the tank, I'm not sure if its in the video or not, but it stayed in a little cave type area, and they grew up together from very young ages so they got along. I wouldn't have done it with a new fish.
