Are the car seat adaptors supplied universal please? Also- what is the difference between the 2-in-1 and the 3-in-1, is it just that the 3-in-1 comes with the separate carrycot or are there other differences? Thank you

Hello, please I purchased the puggle lowton luxe 2in1...it said it can be suitable for newborn(but obviously it can't)as it doesn't convert to a carrycot..how can I either return it...or make it suitable for a new born?? I feel like I was ripped off as it doesn't suit purpose??
