If someone as openly brazen as Puja Khedkar could game the system, what would be the extend of rot when it comes to the others who are intelligent enough to maintain a low profile. A few years ago when Devyani Khobragade,IFS was in the news, it was revealed that she was a beneficiary of reservations even though her father was a Secratary to the government. The credentials of all UPSC appointees over the last decade should be verified as Khedkar is very likely the tip of an iceberg.
