I actually have this record. There was also a trio of Japanese guys around the same time called Jackie and the Cedricks who released a record with "Go Honda Go" and "Velocity Stacks." It's hard to find anymore but I'm proud to own a copy of that, too. ;)

Increíble lo que logra el "Tarantino". A, estas chicas no las conocían ni en su casa. Y en verdad tienen una actitud muy buena. Geniales las bandas sonoras de este monstruo del cine... Como tantos otros..

Isn’t it ironic that Japan has a bigger rockabilly culture than the US?
@recordguy43215 жыл бұрын

As a man who is 68 years old I've seen REAL rockabilly back in the late 50's surf in the early 60's and garage'punk first in 65 and later with Iggy ,MC5 and into the 70's. You dont need to give me the lowdown on genres of music you FOOL! I like the 5678's but there just some broads who play ROCK and ROLL their way.

Most Americans just believe that because they saw three Japenese women in a rock band playing surf/rockabilly music in a popular Quintin Tarantino film.
