I like your approach with these videos. It provides value to newbie bodybuilders without being a complete marketing fest

I like the cardio input in regards to doing some intensifiers and then back to steady state. That’s my “theory” or protocol. I’ll do 5 minutes of mini intensifiers up front and then my steady state for a fixed time. And then add in more time of intensifiers instead of overall time in that cardio session. It seems to work.

Those first 5-10 minute are rough but then it’s smooth sailing

Wow! You are popping💪and details are starting to show👀. IMHO, 212 is definitely not your class and hope you dont suck down there. You'll be contest ready somewhere between 223 - 225lbs provided you can nail that fullness+conditioning balance👌

Do you manage estrogen in some way? Can I ask what range you're aiming for in a prep? Offseason I know we can let estrogen come up higher, even over the reference range but during a prep where do you aim to be, higher end of the range, middle or lower range? Thanks in advance and this series is awesome!

I am not using any AI or SERM. I have not pulled labs but just going off the subjective markers of response. I don’t put test as high to not skew the visual assessment. So process as off-season though, escalate test prior to a negative outcome, one being skewing of visuals with water retention. I know my levels from past data

Appreciate the watch! Also mic volume sounded fine to me as well. You might need to slide the dial up on KZbin or check the headphones/speakers
