Pull The Trigger is a lightgun shooter game developed by Digital Silkroad Co. Ltd. published in USA by MEGA Enterprise and in Europe by Covielsa in 2003 for arcades. A 1 to 2 player shooting game where each player assumes the role of one of two cops: Sian McHale and Becky Nilson. The player(s) uses optical guns to shoot on-screen enemies while going on a mission to get to the bottom of a terrorist conspiracy. The game had an option to use memory cards to save and continue games.

This looks like a time crisis knock off with the similar duck and cover routine and battling terrorists and a time limit.
