Burn my dread was all about setting aside your fears to live your life to the fullest, claiming peace from the maw of defeat. Mass destruction is a very rebellious song, all about rising up against an unfair fate once again. Quoting back to those songs _is_ very memey, but it is also _meaningful,_ as _Pull the Trigger_ is all about rising up together to fight for a happy future.

the way the lyrics encourage the listener to take action to make a change helped me quite alot (as it was the thing i needed to hear because i felt weak back then) especially since it was one of those songs that played while i was going through a tough breakup with an ex that cheated on me :/ (dont worry tho, i’ve recovered since)
