congratulations to Sophie..getting to use the special pen. That's exciting. Dear Liam..swimming is not that bad. I am afraid of the water,but I can swim a bit. I swim in the pool, but the ocean I cannot see through..so stay to pools.

When I was younger I used to hate swimming... It was because I lacked confidence. Have you encourage the kids to try after school clubs? It might help
