Spot on Wayne. Shame about the mishaps at the classic, but I’m glad you enjoyed Glastonbury 😊 Pissed myself laughing when you were talking about your dog! Have to agree, the Tronixpro tubing is bloody brilliant. Good to see you back. Nice one buddy 👍🏻

Well done to you and your team on finishing 3rd anyway. I know what it's like on just missing out. A few years ago, myself and a mate finished joint 1st in the Weymouth pairs🎉. You wouldn't believe it, what let us down was our failure to catch one dogfish on the last day. Hayho. Keep the videos coming.

Thank you mate. Its a strange one competition fishing hey. Bloody dog fish 🤣

@TheShoreHunter Thanks for your comment. I've fished small species comps for a few years. Some might say I was lucky, but we all need a bit of luck. I think I found a bit of consistency.

Really informative video, just like your other videos that I have been enjoying recently. A question if you don't mind - when I make my pulleys I put a link clip instead of a swivel to make the snood detachable from the rig body. I've always found it easier that way. The rig body always stays connected to the mainline, but I always have different snoods on the go for baiting up. My issue is... I have never seen anyone else doing it, so I'm questioning myself! Can you see any issues with the way I do it?
@TheShoreHunter Жыл бұрын
Some people do this, I like to have 4 rigs all ready with leads ect. It's just the way I do it mate.

Hi I just subscribed to your channel and I am a total beginner I am loving sea fishing and I am trying to start making rigs myself just a question what size is the tubing you use and what size is the pulley beads and the make of them as well I am really enjoying your videos as you make it easy as possible and that is good for beginners like me keep up the good work you are doing man 🤘🏻😎🤘🏻

Any advice for baiting up a mackerel head? I find if use a pulley pennel rig the heads are not suited to 2 taking 2 hooks and if I use a pulley rig with one hook the mackerel head will sometimes slide up the line. I don’t have this issue with a running leger but can not cast this as far as a pulley rig.
@TheShoreHunter Жыл бұрын
I will try and cover this
@kevincarter4163 Жыл бұрын
Can I ask why after clipping down my pulley pennel rigs does the snood twist round the rig body? Only happens after 5 or so casts. I never have complete confidence it seperates from the splash down when it does that
@TheShoreHunter Жыл бұрын
I use pulley beads and that doesn't happen to me, if you use swivels it does mate.

Ahhh you didn't put a video up for 2 weeks, and I forgot about you for 2 weeks...so it worked out ok, sorry about the comp you seem gutted on that tope toss, it'll be yours next year bud...fishing celebrities, yeah, my cousins one and they are a pain in fishing, you don't need to be famous too fish in my opinion,...please build me a Gloryhound rig, p.s use trebles 😅

Why use beads on each side of a “pulley bead”. That’s the reason for using a “pulley bead”, no beads needed??
@TheShoreHunterАй бұрын
Absolutely not, you need beads to protect your knots. Please use beads
