Looks a bit like the Searco post puller. Throwing this one over your shoulder and walking up on the hill may be a bit difficult. But for it's limited scope it works quite well.

I have pulled up steel posts like that. I just wrap the chain around the post and hook it to my 6' front end loader bucket on my tractor. A few pushes and pulls against that post will loosen it up. All you have to do is pull the handle on the front end loader and everything comes out of the ground. After the 1st one is finished I go to the next 200 posts. It doesn't take long at all.

I see your back support bar bent when the pressure was applied to at about 2.10min other than that looks ok small tip, on the second wrap of the chain put it below the first one and it grips quicker and tighter and won't slide like it did at 5.50.Try it and you will see what I mean

Super made .in 5 minutes no one digs out. Next time take a longer rod for pumping that protects the back. 2 side blows with the big hammer and old board in between. Then you have it even in 3 minutes loose. I drew 50 fence posts with Betong. From the construction armor the side window above a boat winch costs 15 euro new draws up loose 1 ton. 3xan the crank was also great. If I had a John Deere and a 3 point, this would be a no brainer. In addition, this outfit is not especially powerful using a 3 ton long stroke ram. A Hi-Lift jack and the cheap SAFE JACK accessories has all the power and would be very portable. The lift arm is very short and so it's arc swings back quickly putting a lot of bending moment on the frame.
