Good Evening Ralph awesome video brings back memories when dad and grandfather pulled out a cherry tree that was to close to other trees and the shop in the orchard in the old country, kinda wish we had taken that stomp puller along, but we did take along the special pick that has an ax on one end to cut the roots.

Hi Urs. I have one of those called a "grubhoe". Think I'll need something sharper for this big maple. Or else just be satisfied with cutting it off at ground level and leaving the roots.

Good evening Roosty. We dang it, at least the ol' Saskatchewan tug for a piece of it..

You're smarter than me knowing when to quit taking risks with the tree stump, now what about the oral cancer risks with that snoose can , pretty sure I saw a skoal by the cab post. Your health up to you, I quit tobacco cold turkey, after 40 years of bad investment.

Should not be a problem as that snuff container is just handy for storing small objects in. I tried the real thing a few times about 40 years ago and could not get much enjoyment out of it so never tried anymore. "Red Man" was the brand I think. I don't think I''ve ever spent a dime on tobacco either.

@roosty6 I was hoping it was just recycled as a parts container !

That's always the way things go isn't it half the tree pulls out just fine the other half you'd break for chains trying to get it out. And you drove entirely too close to the pile of lumber with all the nails sticking out for my taste😬 maybe the camera made it seem closer. But then again I'm used to driving around with duals on all the time. new tires always seem to find the nails or antlers or whatever to punch them and new tires are getting extremely expensive. Thanks for the video always very interesting to see what you're up to. Have a good evening.

Hi Tom. Yes, need to tighten up that burning pile a bit next time I have the blade or front end loader going. Come to think of it I should probably be putting the blade on the 2090 ready for winter.

Something would break and I don't think it would be the tree.
