Congratulations on getting Ganyu! i personally wouldn't R2 the bow, but its really up to you, Fischl COULD benefit from the bow, but it really depends on how you build Fischl, Amos bow is good for charged attack gameplay, but most charged attack style characters other than Ganyu and Fischl (lmk if i missed anyone, i know Sethos works better on crit rate bows, same with Tighnari) won't benefit from it too much. at the end of the day, its your account haha, do whatever you want!

Definitely refine the bow, it's not a very good weapon so no other character is gonna want it. You can use Stringless (max refine it for it to be good) for Fischl. Amos is even quite meh for Ganyu so at least get the most out of it, it looks pretty tho! Lyney's weapon would be better but I understand not wanting to share and switch them around.

I would just refine the bow. Lyney is really the only other unit that could use it relatively well and you already have his signature. Tighnari and Sethos have other options in the 3 star Slingshot (it's Sethos BIS and competitive on Tighnari since he's not dependent on Attack stats). Stringless is one of Fischls best off field bow options so I wouldn't keep Amos around just for her.
