Dear Gumi, thank you for your infinite wisdom in removing the shards from the premium unit step up banners. It's definitely the downgrade everyone wanted and asked for when translating these units to global.

@@mogomra JP would cost 30k for 100 Shards on a Step up like Sephiroth's, but the trade off was that you got absolutely no guarantee at the featured Premium Units. So lower investment on the step up, but also no minimum on the amount it could take to land a copy to actually use those fragments. JP is perhaps better if you're lucky, subjectively I prefer having a pity even if it is pricey. Also worth noting that it takes 12 pulls worth to pity a non-Premium NV, so GL is certainly better off on anything besides them, with Premiums not being strictly worse, rather just being a debatable improvement at best compared to GL NV vs JP NV

They seriously need to either start putting shards for older units in the vip shop or ex shop, or even the trust coin shop (remember that everyone), or start running shard dungeon more than just every 3 months

Gumi is greedy, they wouldn’t do that. Come on, chances of a NV is slim. Gumi won’t change things until they start losing profit but with how many people pulling up to pity, that’s close to $200.

Even in bad summon pulls you are still one of the best players and content creator of this game. You are genius in creating strategies and team builds on different kind of situations. Square Enix and Gumi should like give you a spare Taivus for such a bad pull. But even with one arm tied at your back you will still rank 1 always.

I got lucky and pulled one of him after 4 rare tickets, I don't have the lapis to do a full pull on this. Cyan is actually pretty dope for Arena, he's a much cheaper option to your Itachi team as his Flurry 4 hit barrage skill with triple cast works much the same way. Since he's double hand he gets that accuracy innate for the most part without dumb equip and stmr requirements. I run two of him in arena and got enough fragments and extra copies to get one to Ex2 for his STMR.

I had the same luck like you. Had 11 tickets, spend em all had after the 4th pull 1bcopy of Taivas... Like you I don't have the Lapis to do a full round to the pity and after watching Sinzars bad luck I won't try my luck on 2 rounds...

Like I mentioned in your previous post, I got Taivas on the free daily 10 pull yesterday. I have tried tossing all my tickets but no second copy. I still prefer to save my (small amount of) lapis for the next CoW unit.

I did the step up twice and got Taivas on the first lap, the second one I got nothing of value and stopped there. I'll probably use a moogle to get his stmr since I don't plan to pull anymore copies with Xenogears possibly being around the corner.

Man, sorry for the terrible luck. These pulls look how my pulls usually look. I understand that you have good luck and bad luck but it seems like the off-banner rates for Premium units are extremely high. Better luck next time. I have zero chance of pulling Taivas as I don't have enough to pity.

I had to go to pity for Tiana and the only NV units I got were the guaranteed. I think so many off banner NV units in you pulls was actually more painful to watch.

I feel you man. I got wrecked. Lucked into ONE Taivas on the way to pity. Plenty of off-banner reds, so the red pearls are always welcomed. But holy hell. I spent all my lapis just to farm his STMR.

Damn, you've had some not-so-great luck plenty of times before but Taivas straight up did not wanna show up today. Really glad my luck wasn't the same because I only had 14k lapis to work with. But even so....these rates are *STILL* a lot better than Genshin Impact's......

I played this game everyday for 3 years, while I appreciated the increase in tickets/pulls the off banner rate & ridiculous boss mechanics ruined it for me. Oh & needing numerous versions of a unit makes pulling feel bad. Memba when one Orlandu pull was amazing, memba when Dyer made videos, I memba. No offence Sinzar youre still awesome.

I had some scary pulls here. At least I know I want to wait for Xenogears BUT there’s a few units I’d like to get. Reberta NV and Kain NV. Both for sentimental and fan reasons. And the wild card of CNY units. If they’re lackluster and no NVA that’s good news for saving. My pulls here sucked. I did snag a Taivas. But the number of pulls to get him. 😑 ugh ....

Hello Sinzar! I feel bad and sorry you didnt get Taivas and had to go all the way to the pity which feels disappointing... I did my pulls I was lucky to get 2 Taivas 1 on my 2nd lap and 1 on my 3rd lap and I got my 3rd on the pity exchange shop. On the bright side you did get lots of off banner NV units on 1 lap which is crazy XD even that didn't happen to me. I wish you a good luck on your pulls. How many STMR's should I moogle for the future?

I probably got the luckiest I have ever gotten in FFBE ever with this 60k step up. I pulled so many taivas' I got him to EX 3 and had 1 to spare! Since I have such a cool fire damage dealer I decided it's time to use those crowns and upgraded Terra and started to work on Rain. This will be my ultimate fire team going forward for DV's lol

Doma Samurai Cyan is a great single target hitter. Not as good as Seph, but still packs a punch. And the defense break can be paired with another, stronger character.

Ouch, those pulls really hurt to watch. I got my 2nd NV Yuna from EX tickets today, in your opinion how many of her STMR is a good place to stop at? How many is too many considering it has decent offensive stats and 50% LB damage.

Considering the dearth of LB gear for MAG/SPR users, I would say at least 2, with 3 as safe place in case evoker LB use becomes relevant for a specific trial or DV.
