This is konyak naga tribe. People believed that if some few head of the village should sit on top of the log so that it can pull easily.

He is the village chief... in this ritual of log (drum) pulling either the village priest or the chief is made to be sitted on the log while other folks pulls it to their Morung.

Based on real story, Many other naga tribes makes fun of konyak naga when it comes to skin colour, speech and way of living but without konyak naga wouldn't be the same. People see naga as the head hunters but you'll not see a single piece of head skull in any other village excepts in some konyak villages. You won't find any single face tatooted man except in konyak tribe and when there is any naga program and functions everyone wills to use the face tatooted picture as their theme but without even knowing why our forefathers tatooted their face. Therefore as much you say you're proud being naga in this video, be proud to accept the konyak people the way we are.

Dude how wrong you are. There is head collecting in Tuensang too. There are still some old people living in villages who had practiced headhunting and has tattooed face among the Changs, Sangtam and Yimchunger tribe. The fact that people talk about the Konyak when it comes to headhunting is because they were the last to stop practicing it. Got it? It's just common sense, the missionaries reached eastern Nagaland last so obviously the tribes living there were the last to practice headhunting. I know some people like to make fun of Konyaks and that needs to be stop and called out but you are just blindly giving out false information.
