I like the eBay videos because not all of us sell a ton on Whatnot. These videos help the ones just starting off in reselling as it seems like eBay is the easiest way to go. It’s encouraging and inspiring. I think I will go list some things.

OMGosh, I get that extra charge from UPS too. It’s so frustrating and expensive. And when you call to try and resolve , they just send you in circles. I’ve been using pirate ship for random shipping, but will now use it for ebay also. Thanks for the tip!

Everytime you show the warehouse when your walking around, I just want to go in there and organize everything. It would be really fun to map out, sift through old inventory, and restock everything. You could even divide up areas like whatnot and online, so you fast track items better. I would love to see that kind of video. Remember when you guys had the "wall of shoes", Hailey was soo excited to share with us, now you guys have a warehouse. So cool

I think it would be interesting to see how you file your products once you have them cleaned and packaged. Like how do you track what bin or drawer each item is in so you can find it again. Always impressed by how eloquent you both are.

So happy to see a video of your day to day in selling. And, the same thing happens to me when I use UPS Ground on Ebay -- they recently said a package weighed 38 lbs. when it only weighed 8 lbs. and charged an additional $19.26.....grrrrr Thanks for doing the OLD type video.

I actually have the opposite problem with my UPS labels…very rarely do I have get an upcharge after the fact when printing the label directly from eBay. I used Pirate Ship a couple weeks ago to ship a UPS package and ended up with a “delivery area surcharge” of $14 🙄 I appealed it and actually won, but kind of a hassle

Snakes? You have snakes (she said eagerly)? You need an office cat, a barn cat with a hatred of snakes. The cat could live in your warehouse if it doesn't get too cold there. Either that or a terrier. Terriers are murder on rodents, it's what they were bred for, but anything low and crawly will get their 'tude too.

I have use to get a lot of charge backs from shipping on eBay. So what I started doing is if it weighs over 1 lb I add 2 to 3 extra ounces and I rarely get charged extra

Wow, the pirate ship for UPS ground is genius. UPS gave me a surcharge on a really big plush and a tennis racket bag. Almost $100 surcharge altogether in the same day.. for items then sold for a collective $70. Ugh. Now I know!
