Thank you for the nice talk. The point on specificity and sensitivity of US is not making much sense... You mention echo having a 41-50% sensitivity for PE but straight away you say that thoracic echo has 74% sensitivity. I see you try to separate oesophageal from thoracic echo but oesophageal echo is not really used for diagnosis of PE. If, by thoracic you meant lung echo, than the number don't match either. Anyway, overall it's a good talk!
