Can PH cause leg pain? I've had U/S of leg arteries and veins and they were OK ,but I'm having fairly sudden shortness of breath with any exertion ,leg swelling,and upper abdominal enlargement, but my legs hurt the more I move.

Diagnosed 11 years ago with mild pulmonary htn , tricuspid regurgitation, right ventricle dysfunction .I was unable to follow up with cardio. I have covid now & breathing & chest pressure worse with exertion. Would my pulm/htn become worse ? I've got to wait for my apt. 3 weeks 4 now.
