We use these for 93% chemically pure sulfuric acid, in order to treat water at our facility. We have gone through a series of these exact model pumps where they fail to work. We get a stream of liquid for a moment, then it ceases and all flow stops. Are these pumps rated for 93% sulfuric acid? I am beginning to suspect we are losing some sort of seal somewhere, but this is what management approves for ordering.

The injector valve is used to safely inject chemical into a pressurized process. The built in spring-loaded ball checks prevent backflow to the pump. It also provides essential back pressure that helps the pumps performance. The injector has a male pipe connection on one end to connect to your pipe, and a tubing connection on the other end to connect to the pump.
