So, used to seeing immature restorations that I had low hopes. But, this video is brilliant and looked at everything to make sure the engine works perfectly after restoration. I'm assuming- the better fitting piston and cylinder makes more power than before.

Bearings were already damaged by this hammering on inner raceway, so not an issue for dry start.

You don’t clean the inside of a watch that doesn’t work with worn out gears and call it restored. Restoring an engine is making sure everything is to spec and it runs properly

Do you find any difficulty in tying screws the exact amount at each side so you won't affect the engine or tighten a screw too much and it loosens the whole thing !?

Good job, but few suggestions 1. Lubricate bearings, gears and some other parts before installing. 2. Use proper tools. 3. Wash parts in the well manners.

Before placing the bearing in the crankcase, the seat must be heated. degrease acetone sealant application

Remo Peter he couldnt start it as he has not done a good job this engine will vibrate like hell when started, he has not set the timing of the balancing shaft and the scissor gear on top of it, this engine will vibrate itself to destruction soon and the whole bike with it

Here's a useful tip- pour diesel inside engine, let it soke for 2-3 days, than disassemble the engine, it naturally cleans all the dirt & stuff, makes your job much easier.

he is using elbow grease. elbow tightening is no way to go. sorry man but i don't appreciate it. first learn the right way and then do it.
Curious where do you source all of your parts from? I've got a couple bikes I'm working on and can't find a lot of stuff. If I do find them they are super expensive from places like ebay or partzilla.

Palsar engines are so up to date at its time even till now. I ride a old 150cc it can reach 126kmph without any vibration because of the balancer and sessior gear

Scissor gear was not installed with proper tension, it is to be installed with two clicks in anticlockwise direction, and also match balancer gear's mark with crank's mark.

Некоторые подшипники он забивает стуча по внутренней обойме. На постели распредвала задиры, ещё не досмотрел, но вряд ли он что-то с этим сделает. Вряд ли этот движок долго поездит.

The restoration was nice but you should have applied Grease to the new bearing which gives smooth movement and longer life.
