I've had Thermion XM38 since first came out 10/18/19 internal battery went bad yesterday. I can't charge through that method. It's under warranty. I like the 4x base mag. Would I have better picture if I asked to switch to the xq38, would Pulsar send a new scope or upgrade me since XM38 is discontinued? I know you're not company rep, just asking your opinion.

Is this different to the Thermion 2 XQ38? Can you use it as a monocular and then attach to your gun for shooting? Like the Pulsar Trail 2 LRF XQ50 weaver mount.

If I stick it in the safe on a full charge and pick it up 3 months later am I going to be good to go? Or it will be drained battery?

I’m stuck between this Thermion XQ38 and the Bering super hogster? Which one would you pick? For a 6.8 AR shooting hogs and coyotes around 100-250 yards mostly. 300-350 yards at max I’d guess with the land layout

Have you had any issues with dead pixels on Thermion scopes? I saw a reveiw on another channel where a Thermion appeared to have some bad pixels.

Do you know when adjusting my sights that instead of using the freeze function if I manually change the X recticle say from 12 to 10 does that move it left or right?

When out hunting with the thermion do you guys leave it in “standby” or do you turn it completely off until you see something to shoot then turn it on? My XQ50 seems to kill batteries fairly quickly even in standby so now I have it completely turned off.

I just received my XQ38, do you know how long it takes to charge both batteries? On mine battery #1 shows zero charge, and battery #2 shows 100% charged and that's after me charging it for 4 hours.

Does battery 1 say 0% or is battery 1 just not there?
