An Nguyen SF ice doesnt have any animation cancle though, so there is no need for macro. Just hold right click and wait for F

so which is better long cd soul or long cd soul for frost sf

I only use long soul because of ladder so from personal experience I can't tell you whats better because I have never used short on frost sf. Others say short is better once you get aransu but long soul only falls behind without party buffs. Long pulls ahead with buffs.

I take it you are talking about the alluvion badge, alluvion and blue moon stack at about the same rate (7-8s) alluvion is better for aransu because you want to maximize the time of you using the vortex effect.

Uhh I take it you're in a region where the latest skill update isn't available yet they removed the attacking from rear bonuses and just give them flat out.
