I miss your really old mixes. I'm talking 2016. That is when I first got into Chillstep, Ambient, and Future Garage. The October 2016, 50k Sub Mix, Zen III, Rainy Day 4, Summer Paradise, SHINE, and many more were my favorites. I always remember walking home from school back when I was severely depressed and suicidal and seeing you uploaded. The walk home was about a half hour in total and your mixes really did it for me! I sadly removed many of them from my laptop because I was running out of space and they were taking up a lot and I was just like: "They're always be on KZbin." SADNESS!

I am very thankfull this mix was reupload, and I wanted to share some thoughts: I always come to this video when I'm sad or depressed. And I still wonder why. It's been maybe a decade since the first time I've found this video (I don't know if i'm exaggerating, but it was definitely a lot of years of the original video + the missing + the reupload), and even when it wasn't uploaded I still thought about this music. Why? Music is ok, it's beutiful, but it may be something more. I've seen the comments and there is a lot of people happy to see this uploaded again. What have this music that represents so much joy for so much people? I've thought than maybe it's generational. Maybe the ones that still continue listening this are the kids that have grown these past years, and this music is nostalgic and represents one missing time when everything was ok. May be the case for some people here, but I don't think this is mine. Life wasn't easy in the past neither. Not every moment in the past was better than today. There was sadness and depression, like now that I come back here. So I continued thinking and maybe it's not because of the memories of a better past, but about the feeling of safeness. It doesn't matter if in the past or in the present, coming back to this mix is like entering in some kind of mental shelter. It is not a song, but a moment in time when I can close my (mental) eyes and, doesn't matter what is happening, I am in calm. That's the feeling I had the first time i've listened this mix, and the feeling I have still today when I come back here. Life is plenty of problems, bullshit and shitty people. But here is one hour while these things have to wait until it finish, And if im not refreshed and calmed enough I have luck, there is a Zen II also uploaded. I don't think anyone has read this, neither Pulse8. But thank you for uploading again a shelter that buys me some time to rest mentally since I was a growing kid discovering that life wasn't easy. It was very helpful.

I miss the zen 3 oriental chillstep:( the only thing I can find closeish to the sound is drowning by vague03 slowed. Hope this helps people missing it:( I really wish it could come back 🥺

Propably some copyright issues. Companies went HARD after this shit to cash in on smaller (and also bigger) creators. But if you search you will most likely still find some reuploads maybe Pulse8 reuploaded some clean version like it seems to be the case with this one.

Pulse8, I’ve listened to your mixes quite a bit in the past and they have really moved me and have a lot of memories connected to them. I’ve recently noticed that I can no longer find a lot of the mixes i found so nostalgic and helpful. It would really mean so much if I could in any way obtain or view some of the other mixes, most importantly the Reasons mix, if even just a track list of the songs in it !! It would really mean very much to me. I think Pulse8 was demonetized by KZbin. If I recall correctly, Pulse8 was extremely upset by that, to the point where Pulse8 didn't even want their hardwork and talents even shown on this platform anymore.
