Well in my case it's easier since I can just gather accounts up and run one, but in the case of an alliance organizing them you should try to have everyone get their marches ready in a group and once you have (hopefully alot) you start moving it will be good if you can use pings to direct them where to move next so you guys are together and marches aren't getting split from the group and basically you'll work your way to an enemy and just go ham
