From past 15 years experience it's understood AL govt and capital market can't run parallel hence no hope of flourishing so long they will be in power. When all stock markets including other SARC countries India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka going record high we are heading opposite direction over decades finding it most fragile, dwarf and vulnerable. Capital market happen to be mirror of the economy so is not it giving actual picture of what's the reality? Why this market historically suffering from liquidity crisis? Sometimes very occasionally shows increase in volume based on influx of fund by the temporary traders who invest for short time and market goes back to it's original condition once those fund withdarwn.This is tradition of our capital market. No lip service works when question of adequacy of financing.
