@@lil.k.i.2_fie749 definitely the low, it's designed for it with carbon Fibre weave in the textile across the toe, the high is full grain leather with that mad tongue. You could probably still play in either but the low is the far better choice

Do these have good arch support? Would they be good to walk in all day

Hi! Arch support is good, but not amazing. The midsole does extend up the arch somewhat. Absolutely awesome to walk in all day IMO, as that Pro-Foam plus cushioning is incredible - its every bit as good as Boost. All day no problems. Just depends on if that giant tongue will bother you.
