This version offers more value than the original and it's cheaper. Got a pair last night, haven't played in them yet, but I can feel that the support is really there, it runs a little narrow, so I went up half a size and it fits well, it will get better once I break them in. I have a feeling that this will be a great performer once I use them for my games

I think the Team version is actually an UPGRADE from the original. The half booty tongue and lace holes are MUCH better. I had lockdown problems with the original Clyde All Pro, so I sold my pair on eBay. This Team version feels way better on court; more one-to-one fit for me. Thanks for sharing this video!

Oh it definitely is on the lockdown. In terms of cushion sadly it is not. I suppose you pick what suits you best in the end. No worries 🤙🏼

Thank you for the reviewer mate! Had 2 Clyde All Pro; the release colour and the Kuzma version. Sell them both cos of the tongue sliding side to side. Will need to find this just because of the tongue upgrade.

I have the first released puma clyde all pro and this team colorway... The first release was more comfortable especially on the heels with the pebax puck whereas the team is partially cage i guess but still works well... The team shoe will give you more foot containment because of the plastic layer on upper and the shoe holes are much better also than the first release... The traction is top notch... its my go to shoes at this moment..

Hey man sorry to bother ya. Im lookin at these for playing outdoor ball for a couple hours a week, are these still the best option as far as durability or are there better options out there now.

Hey! I have no idea tbh. I have never used these outdoors. What i would say is the outsole os great traction wise but think it may be quite soft compared to other shoes. For outdoor, might me best to use the Clyde Hardwood. Should be more durable. Hope that helps 🤙🏼

so only the upper is different and the sole and cushioning is the same? ordered them on the wekend and was not aware of that. I still think its a dope shoe, for the court and casual wear, especially for the price. I paid 60 bucks...you only paid 23 pounds in the UK thats crazy. Thank you for the review

Yeah the upper is different but its not terrible, its actually a welcome change and lace loop upgrade. In regards to the cushioning, its still pro foam + but the pebax puck has been removed apparently. I did have a suspicion that it had been removed due to the lack of visibility however, it is still as comfortable as before. There is also a sock liner inside which was never there as the knit was very thin and single layered. It feels good no issues, just a little more snug. 60 bucks is still a great deal. Yeah I paid £23 for the red, £55 for the black and white and black each. Link in in the description 🤙🏼. You are very welcome, more videos coming soon 🙏🏻

Tested it for a while now. I.hsve the low tops just like in this video. The team version is worth it. Traction is great cushioning even without the evo puc better (especially on forefoot) than on shoes that retail for higher prices. I got warm feet afrer playing in a idoor gym but I also get that with other shoes. They are a slightly heavier than my other shoes but thanks to the shape and cushion you dont feel it when playing. Best alround basketball sneaker for under 100 bucks (retail).

I like the way you present.im a 34 yr old beginner i just bought the clyse mid red white version and felt very good.its a snug fit and dont have folding marks on the top like other shoes. l bought for 44 USD.pls review that too

Yeah its decent. It is authentic, the released team colourways which Puma does quite a lot. Don't worry they are genuine!

Great review ! wanted to ask, I'm a wide footer and I have the clyde hardwood but even if I went true to size ( US 9/ EU 42 ) its still a little narrow so it's difficult to play in them, is the team version of the all pro narrower ? or is it fine going true to size ?

I would go up half a size if you are finding them a little snug. The sock liner inside these take a little off inside so in my opinion they would be yes. Maybe go for the 8.5 UK. Hope that helps 🤙🏼

@@johnamparado6298 so inside there is a secondary material attached to the tongue. Helps the tongue from sliding and provides protection for the outer materials in regards to sweat etc

I find them to be ok, not as good as the OG but still a comfortable shoe. I would take the tongue sizing into consideration as you may need to go up half a size to make this a more comfortable fit. Hope this helps 🙏🏻🤙🏼

The pro foam on these is great, I prefer this to the Nitro tbh as it feels more responsive. However, the team colour ways do not have that pebax puck which does dampen the experience. Both have positives depending on your preference. Imo I prefer the pro foam to the nitro foam. Thanks!

Hi, I would say these are an 8.5. No pebax and the front is not as cushioned. I do not rate them as high as the OG. However, they are still a good hoop shoe. I would out these on par with the hardwood due to they both offer something different. These are slightly heavier I would say but nothing crazy.

I am currently recovering from a knee op, so haven't played in them as of yet. From walking around though yes there is a slight difference but nothing crazy, they are still comfortable. Hope this helps.

Hi, stick with the TRC. The OG Clyde All Pro is fantastic but this does not have the same cushion. Team colours are a downgraded version. You are better off with the TRC imo 🤙🏼

Hi, thanks for your question. The midsole is still pro foam +. The upper is really good, not cheap and nasty. Don't cancel, the shoe is still a great shoe even though it has a slight downgrade. Hope this helps! 🤙🏼🙏🏻
