Ordered these during the holiday sales at $35 after seeing these on your IG stories. They were surprisingly very comfortable after going up half a size, which is something I noticed I needed to do with all Puma shoes. Would def recommend as a budget pair of hoop shoes.

In general I'm pretty sure all basketball shoes should be put up half a size.

I started with a “first to comment after actually watching and liking the video” along with my actual comment, but writing took too long and others have since posted. Doesn’t matter anyway 😂 Good stuff, Evan! Another solid video from team. Not everyone can or wants to buy the latest hype, so understanding what tech and pros/cons come with a wide range of shoes is helpful. It can even help those with the higher-end models appreciate some of the differences that the best tech makes…or doesn’t in some cases. Also, I appreciate how the growing team can now better review shoes for everyone since there’s greater diversity around body size and other stuff (emphasis on “better” because the reviews have always been great and I’ve been down for years). So yeah, thanks and keep up the quality work!

Thanks for the kind words !! yeah before I reviewed shoes ... I liked finding a "diamond in the rough" way more than like a really great signature shoe that I kinda know is gonna work well

Got it for my birthday Have worn it indoor and outdoor. Got some good comments on em. Also, performance-wise, it's a decent shoe that provides more than it takes away. Overall, an 8/10 shoe that I would recommend to anyone.

If you are able to, get the TRC Blaze court. It has better cushioning u mentioned as a requirement. It's better than the Court rider 2.0 as well.

I just love how the Puma shoes look, really beautiful, but I play only outdoors here in Mexico City so it's a shame that outsole doesn't last too long. The traction pattern looks awesome, reminded me of the Li-Ning Sonic VII, also a great model. Pretty nice performance review man, the Weartesters PRs are in really good hands...or feet. Try the court rider 2.0 I hoop outside and they are great and will hold up fine 👍🏻

Got me a pair earlier this year and love them, my first basketball shoes I've ever had as just got into basketball 🏀 because my son started playing bball. Has good grip and enjoy it, only had asics running shoes. Love puma 😊😊

The TRC Blaze Court uses Profoam+, maybe that is the difference?

I picked up two pairs of these on sale from Puma online here in Oz. They were under $60. They are a generous fit length wise. Maybe not a full half size but definitely roomy.

Awesome video Evan! I haven't copped any Puma's yet, but eventually will (mostly don't have my size in person, and haven't pulled the trigger online yet haha.) Side note, curious about the basketball you use when hooping. I've wanted to try an overseas/FIBA style ball for a minute, but am not entirely sure where to begin. Any thoughts if you don't mind me asking? Keep on killing it!

Thanks for the comment! The one I use in the video is the Molten model the use in FIBA competitions (for world cup / eurocup etc.) and I like that one a lot... I think its the model is the GC7 ...They also use molten here in spain for federated leagues.. I feel like it is a bit easier to lam than other models. In ACB (the national pro league) they use a black and orange spalding legacy TF1000 which is also great but its just a normal Spalding ball just different colors. Another brand that is pretty decent that we use here is Baden if you want to check that one out as well.

i got the puma uproar in the white meta colorway as my main basketball shoe and i love them so so much, literally the comfiest shoe i've ever had since i stared playing like 10 years ago. now i started playing again in a division 1 team in my home city but unfortunately i left my uproars (and my 2nd fav pair) back at my uni house and i only had 2 pretty bad quality adidas shoes at home, so i just bought these (because i wanted another pumas since i liked the others so much and i'm kinda broke too) to play with until my semester starts and i get my uproars back and to keep as my 2nd pair

i think the adidas i have at home are the pro bounce lows and the dame 4's, and idk i just don't really click with them, when i played in them they seemed fine but after getting some better quality shoes i realized they kinda suck

This seems like another compelling option by PUMA Basketball, seems like a decent sneaker but not as awesome like the TRC Blaze court. That shoe is seriously underated & performs well
