Hi team! Great video! I have 1 question....at the start of the video you compare 100k invested in the stockmarket vs 100k invested to buy a 500k property at 20% deposit...but to buy at 20% a 500k property you actually need 100k plus stamp duty (maybe?), plus...a buyer's agent 10k to 15k or a percentage of the buying price...plus legal expenses...ecc...did I miss something? Sorry guys, I'm trying to learn! Cheers

Thank you mate, there’s nothing you have missed. We use high level basic numbers to try keep things simple. You could do a smaller deposit so you’re total outlay is 100k, or with a 20% deposit, the number is closer to 130k as you mentioned

Love your vids! Could you do one about I&P vs IO please... I see a lot of vids saying that IO is better and to pay your PPR first because investment interest is tax deductible. Would like to know your thoughts on this

Thanks Frank, we have to be careful talking about lending as we aren’t mortgage brokers. There are many different strategies that work.
