Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful projects! Always cut just on the outside of your line so you will have a little too long instead of too short and you can just sand it to even it up with the other pieces. Girl, you're not lying about the heat! I'm way further south than you, so just imagine ❤

Oh, quick hint on marking your holes too! Place painters tape over your holes, poke a pen or end of a paint brush thru it, then take that painters tape and place it over the place on the other piece of the wood where you need to drill your next holes, and so on... Did that make sense? If not, send me a PM and I'll try to explain better cuz it helps SO MUCH!

Just a tip: if u put a little paint on the end of the dowel and touch the other piece and the drill your holes where the paint touches viola!

I know I've already commented too much, but I have a question. I see you used glue with the stem of your pumpkin piece, but did you use glue with all of the pegs on the all the board pieces? Trying to learn 😁😁😁

You can never comment too much, friend!! I didn’t glue the other pegs, because they fit so snugly. The stem was wobbly! And I just knew someone would grab it and pick it up by that stem. 😂
