How long do keep the mayrien in the oven?

Hi Ada, the instructions are above (and the recipe link to my site is also in the notes above for more details) but 2 hours in the oven at 175 F (or whenever they can easily be moved on the parchment). Then turn off the oven and leave in for an additional hour.
