How do you save time on something this simple? Counter 3 punches, dodge and knock down, 3 times over. Am i missing some kind of frame perfect thing you have to do?

I actually find Title Defense Bear Hugger to be easier than Contender Bear Hugger. But this guy is still a pain in my ass all-around... my definite least-favorite fighter in the game.
