Hi...I have a used 2019 Rtr200 race edition. However when I drive above 90km/hr it feels strained and doesn't seem as smooth/refined as your vehicle in the video. It's a new bike with only 2500kms run. What do you think should be done to improve smoothness and refinement. Last owner told the service center used TVs full synthetic oil.

Hi There are many factors you can check 1) check your chain slack it shouldn't be too loose or too tight, maintain your chain with proper cleaning and lubing. 2) Check the condition of air filter and spark plug 3) Gear shifting pattern, try to shift between 4.5 to 5.5k RPM 4) check carburetor settings air+fuel mixture shouldn't be too lean or too rich (ignore if bike is fuel injected) 5) TVS oil is of very much inferior quality and would not give you the best performance 6) check if previous owner has completed the brake in period properly or not If you still feel vibrations then visit service centre. *Remember little bit of vibrations or buzzing will be there due to the single cylinder engine

@@TheBiker200 thanks for your reply. Sorry for late response. I switched to Shell full synthetic oil 4 months ago during service with Tvs center and the bike feels much better smoother, the Vehicle no more feels strained above 90 like before, it looks most likely the Tvs oil didn't give best performance and smooth driving. Also the other things you mentioned might have been corrected/ tuned by the mechanic during routine maintenance

Ha Bhai, initially mujhe thoda problem hua that, but that was because of tyre's grip, ABS works fine, just make sure panic situation me front brake jyada use Karo and rear brake only bike Ka speed slow Karne ke liye

Yes bro it is a very good bike for daily commute and occasional long rides as well, but the place where you service has to be good because they're the people who spoil you bike.
