Yes, your observation is true to to a large extent. But in terms of number of females only. Most of the males involved with this issue are actually residents of Guwahati itself. Again most of the females from outside city are actually misled, lured or wrongly motivated by some evil circles. It may be their classmates, friends, house owners etc. involved in such activities. Therefore it is a social issue and not happening just for outsiders' false exhibition of aristocracy etc. Concerned deptts. of the administration, civil society, parents and guardians must be strict to minimise theses evils.
