I am able to start on making the Dalek Gun in the series 9 two part episode of Doctor Who. It's just some thing I wanted to make. Most of it will be PCV pipe and EVA foam with a little Worbla too. But this helped when I have to cover up and holes I drill in or seems

Good Video, but I wondered about Resin dust? Isn't it highly dangerous to breath? You don't mention wearing a breather and your techniques make a lot of breathable dust.

Yeah you should wear a dust mask when sanding urethane foam. A vacuum or dust collector are great too.

Rewatching these videos for a Samus Light Suit helmet I'm making, & just noticed a Light Suit cosplay at 3:19. Anyone know where that build comes from? I've never seen it before.

If I recall Plasti Dip doesn't require that to stay in place. Plus, if you make a big mistake you can remove it and start again

If you have a texture you want to keep you can lightly sand or use a filler primer to help fill in small gaps or bubbles.

We didn't use any primer in this video, but it will depend on the piece. If it has larger spaces and not too many tiny details, filler primer works great! Otherwise we usually use a basic Krylon or Rustoleum primer from the hardware store.
