My take on the current meta: #1: Physical #2: Lightning #3: Fire #4: Dark #5 Ice Lightning will overtake Physical after No.21 debut, warzone and paincage wise, the burst and rotational damage is nearly on par with fire if not, even higher. I also play PGR recently because of WW trailer video, the battle gameplay here is insane, the characters' designs are awesome, and it's very F2P friendly (we can literally have all limited characters (omns) 100% if we complete all daily, weekly, and event quests on every patch!). It's unfortunate that there are less content creators to promote this game.

Currently in Global I would rank teams like this 1. Ice: Plume/Glory/Wanshi or Amplifier, The best team for almost all content, especially ppc 2. Dark: Luna/Teneb/Selena, this team is super good and fluid in Warzone as well as paincage, even works on ex ppc Shark and easy to use for General Content as well 3. Lightning: Vera/Veritas (Soon gonna be Tempest)/Lux or 3S Amplifier Even tho it's great in ppc, the off ele potential in ppc is kinda low. Even tho Vera is the best off ele tank, the team itself is not better than Ice and Dark in my Opinion 4. Physical: Alpha/Rosetta/Eclipse or Amplifier And Nier Yeah the crit rng still exists in Global and it sucks, Nier is strong but only in warzone. After Warzone rework, A2 does not feel that strong in off ele 5. Fire: We do have Sola, but most people don't have Pulse so it's still kind of copium, it won't shine properly until Remote Star patch which is soon 6. Transcendent have no proper team just put different ele construct together when you need xD

There's also some fans that shielded Kuro saying that they release female character because of the story, even though they can make unimportant character like Pulao & Hanying... It's pathetic, truly... About global meta, here is my list, of course everybody has another opinion 1. Ice ( Plume, Hypnos/3S Cappricio, Glory ) Plume nuke still broken AF, Glory still do some good amount of damage 2. Lighning (Veritas, Garnet, Lux) Veritas core + Garnet flagpole is broken too, when core is get the last shot, or rather fifth shot, Garnet nuke.... well..... just obliterate everything 3. Dark (Luna, 21, Cappricio) Fast and agile, burst damage is really good between Cappricio and Luna, 21 is Da Vinci Carrier 4. Fire (Empyrea, Pulse, Ember) SS Empyrea is really good when dealing damage and CC, but ember damage not too good, neither not bad (average maybe?) 5. Physical (Alpha, Rosetta, Eclipse/Lumi) Main Source of damage come from Alpha, when it comes to CC, Physical team is not really good, Alpha sword waves mainly targeted at linear P.S. : I didn't have 3S Nier team, so i didn't know where to put them :v

Really up to you. All of the meta teams in PGR will have some characters getting replaced. For example, Ayla replaces Wanshi as ice healer/buffer, Alpha and No. 21 replace Bianca and Liv Lux respectively, etc. Besides, all of these teams are pretty close in terms of DPS, only exception being transcendent (Don’t invest in transcendent unless you plan on whaling for sss+ on all characters). So take a look at the new characters being released (I recommend channels like Rexlent or Blanc who feature and play new S ranks) and go for which one looks most appealing.

You will need both teams eventually to be combetitive in phantom pain cage and warzone so just pick whichever one you wanna go for. Lighting lucia is an A rank btw, pretty good with leap but vera carries anyway.

If you want to follow the meta: - Karenina SS + signature weapon as a qte slave with 4 Da Vinci 2 Einsteina - Karenina SS3 + signature weapon + CUB as a sub dps for dark team - Karenina SSS3 + signature weapon + CUB as the main dps for dark team, dethroning Luna into the 2nd dps My suggestion is, just skip her if you don't focus on meta, her build is kinda pricey for f2p for her to be more useful than Tenebrion SS...

Omns are constructs (Though this doesn't make sense since both ARE constructs hence the change) and Uns are transcendents, In game transcendents (Uns) are better on their own without needing a team to support them in comparison to constructs (Omns), But during most cases uns get a debuff, So prioritize getting omns before uns.

Nanamech/Nanami: Starfarer (current event banner). meta Tank for fire team. Great shredder with her 6* weapon. Can be your main DPS for now while waiting for Hyperreal in December. Liv: Empyrea (S-Rank) for fire amplifier/healer completes the fire team. Try to get her on the rerun banner but with 70/30 rate. If you can get this patch’s free S Selector, you can choose Lucia: Plume. Then try getting Wanshi (A-Rank) on the standard banner. In september, the new S-rank Bianca frame (physical DPS) will be released. Pull for her. Then there will be another free S selector for weapon and character. Rosetta and her weapon is a good choice here if u still dont have them by this time. Liv: Luminance will complete the physical team. Lightning…get Vera: Flare. She is a lightning tank and can sometimes out DPS Bianca: Veritas. I am not sure if it is still advisable to go for Veritas but if you can, then go. SS Vera: Flare for more DPS and qol. Live: Lux completes the lightning team (for global). Buy the monthly or event packs. Calculate the one with best value. Total tickets/Rainbow cards. 25 is a good value. Higher is better. The packs reset every patch so you can save more when it is a “no-pull” patch 😊. I love this game. Hope you will enjoy it as well.

@@Jimmy-mb7eqYou need all of them if you want to be competitive in the meta. However, as of now, physical, lightning and fire are tied for the strongest teams, since there is no new DPS for ice and dark so you’re stuck with Plume and Luna.

All amplifier is better than the first gen S rank attacker like Plume, except for Capricio that still can't beat Luna in terms of dmg... But the 2nd gen S rank attacker dmg is way better than amplifier, you can see the difference in Hyperreal & Empyrea dmg...

Because unfortunately plume is outdated in cn. Ayla is going to hard carry until we get a new s ice attacker. The only new gen amp that probably won’t out-dps their attacker is 21 unless she somehow is more cracked than Alpha. Lucia is the sub dps in ice team during Ayla’s downtime now

The only ones you need to worry abt if you built dark team is getting nanamech, liv amp and lee, All 3 are base S ranks, Ayla and liv works for physical team when bianca releases (or just get rosetta on aniv cuz they gonna give free S rank anyway) and a SSS lux and a SS chrome can support alpha. Ice team will have a free A rank attacker construct and free ice amp (ayla) so just build wanshi till then.
